J. Pilates
Whatever your age, it's never too late to start Pilates! I offer 1:1 personal Pilates training sessions as well as a number of weekly online and live mat Pilates classes. These classes are a low-intensity, all-over workout suitable for a range of abilities and ages. I pride myself in making sure Pilates is achievable for everyone and I offer modifications as needed.

I enjoy using a selection of Pilates props like resistance bands, weights or balls to make the classes varied and fun.
1:1 Personal Training sessions
A more personal and individual approach – especially if you are new to exercise, Pilates and/or want to get back into a routine after a break – I offer 1:1 mat pilates sessions in my studio in Aylesbury or remotely over Zoom from your own home.
Don’t want to completely do it on your own? Find a friend to share training and cost for 1:2 sessions. Each class is designed carefully with you in mind so you will feel fully supported.
Live Online Group Classes
Join a friendly and supportive international group for weekly 45min sessions from the comfort of your home!
